M7LL Sensors are analog distance sensors based on PSD sensor elements.
- with the special analog module, this fast laser sensor is providing most precise measuring results on all surfaces.
- the sampling frequency is 54 kHz
- the Ethernet data output allows easy cabling and access to measurement data
- with a resolution of 0.02 μm the sensor achieves highest precision
- small light spot diameter (ab 0.1 mm) allows to capture small parts.
- 8 models with range from 0.5 up to 200 mm are available.
- the separate electronic unit and a 2m connection cable are standard delivery.
