Description
M7LL Sensors are analog distance sensors based on PSD sensor elements.
  • with the special analog module, this fast laser sensor is providing most precise measuring results on all surfaces.
  • the sampling frequency is 54 kHz
  • the Ethernet data output allows easy cabling and access to measurement data
  • with a resolution of 0.02 μm the sensor achieves highest precision
  • small light spot diameter (ab 0.1 mm) allows to capture small parts.
  • 8 models with range from 0.5 up to 200 mm are available.
  • the separate electronic unit and a 2m connection cable are standard delivery.
